Pool heater: If you used the pool heating system during your stay, please put the temperature back to 70 degrees before leaving - that will help us keep costs to operate low and we would greatly appreciate it.

Gather used towels: Place all used towels in the shower/laundry room.

Gather pool items: If you used any of the toys/floats for the pool, place them back in the garage before leaving.

Outdoor furniture: If you moved any outdoor furniture during your stay, place the furniture back where you found it.

Dishes: Place all used dishes in the sink - the cleaning team will ensure they are cleaned and put away.

Throw trash away: Place all trash in provided garbage bags and tie them shut. Place the tied garbage bags in the outdoor trash bins. If the outdoor bins are full, please place them in the gravel area by the street for pickup.

Turn things off: Turn off all lights, TVs, and fans before leaving.

Lock up: Close and lock the back and front doors when leaving.

Thermostat: Set both thermostats to Cool, Fan Auto, and 75 degrees before leaving.
